Water.
There is nothing healthy about pop; even when they add nutrients. The phosphates delete calcium from the bones; the sugar goes without saying; the diet sweetener causes cancer, & the carbon causes gas. It's nothing but pure chemicals. You're poisoning your body because "it tastes good".
I haven't had soda in over 2 years now.

if you really need a pop to drink, stick with calorie wise or diet pops. But pops really aren't that healthy for you, you can however, get sparkling water.

There isn't too many great sodas out there for you. Water is always #1 to drink. I like Diet Mnt. Dew sometimes tough.

I drink Diet Sierra Mist, Sprite Zero, and Fresca. They're all sugar free and caffeine free.

Well 7-up just came out with their new version of 7-up which is supposed to be all natural. Sometimes if you go into an italian deli, they have imported sodas, that have real fruit juice in them.

No. There isn't any. Try to drink as much water as you can, it's healthy and natural. Or try flavored waters.

Probably Sprite, the sugar might still be a tad high, but it has no caffeine. You can drink Sprite Zero.
