Jogging is good, and walking is better. Why? Because of less impact on your knees, ankles, feet, hips, back. Walking fast will give you the same benefits as jogging, believe it or not, and not the injuries. People who have been jogging for some time are having all kinds of injuries, mostly to the knees and back.
Biking is great, if you have some hills to ride it on, or you can go for quite a long ride to get a work out for your legs, and heart. Just leisurely riding is fine, but it won't do anything for weight loss until the heart rate goes up and stays there for a minimum of 20 minutes. So if you have hills go for it, if not, you're better off to take that fast walk, 30 minutes to start.
A stationary exercise bike would be perfect too if you have one at your house, as you can set the resistance to mimic some hills for intervals. Hope this helps!

I am a triathlete myself, and I do both. But depending on what your goals are, i would say jogging has more of what you want. In actuality, doing both is not a hard task. When you work out, jog. But when you want to go somewhere, don't drive. Ride your bike instead. I usually get places in only less than double the time a car would take to get there, plus you stay fit, and save money for gas. Obviously a disadvantage would be that you cannot go grocery shopping with your bicycle.

Bicycling is an awesome form of exercise, especially if you are experiencing physical difficulties due to running or jogging. I used to be a runner but as I got older and after a spinal fusion, I have found that the impact from running / jogging inflamed my back.

One note, roller skating or blading is an excellent way to avoid a lot of the impact and gives you excellent tone.

4-5 years ago I was in such terrible condition I could hardly walk 1/4 mile without hurting terribly. I took up bicycling in earnest and now I can go for 20 - 35 miles a day on the cycle and it makes me feel great. I swear by it!

If you are interested in cycling there is a great forum at the link below where you can find others who share what ever type of cycling you would like to do and where you can ask as many and all the questions you like without feeling embarrassed. There are a lot of helpful people there with years of experience who love to pass on their knowledge.

Have fun!

Ride bike; it is still good exercise and you can last longer doing it. If you are not used to jogging, you will not be able to last very long. I enjoy riding my bike more anyway.

I say walking is better or just as good. Jogging depending upon your weight can be hard on feet and ankles. Indoor and outdoor cycling is good but there are pros and cons. Indoor can get boring or back of seat is not set right. Outdoor cycling the seat can be painful and your hopefully safer walking on a trail.
