If I am a mexican medical student, and I get married with an american citizen, do i get us permanent residency?????

Several years from now. immigration comes to you home to check up on you to make sure it is a legitimate marriage. they talk to your neighbors and many other things to be certain it is not a marriage for the sake of citizenship..

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuude! Who are you trying to hook with this question? On the comedy scale, you flunked. What do you mean "if?" At this point, you need to know your nationality at best. Yes. Anyone who lies to INS and marries for papers gets citizenship. In fact , that's the only way.

After 3yrs.

Being a medical student, might get it faster if you just apply for it yourself.

no, but u can apply for a fiancee visa if ur engaged. after marriage, u have to wait 2 or 3 yrs to apply. good luck.
