You can sell papers on sunday on the corner...i see lots of kids your age doing that. I also believe the kids that hold up signs pointing to new houses on the corner are under 16. You may want to check into that...call KB homes or Avante or one of the bigger builders in the valley and ask them. I heard those guys make decent money too.

Look in the newspaper real estate ad and target those agents that advertise. Tell them that you are eager to learn and want to help them with their open house, filing, sorting, copying,licking envelopes,etc. Act mature and responsible!
