It's wrong. All one of your parents has to do is say he raped you and he's in prison for 5 years plus has to register as a sex offender. It doesn't matter if it really happened or not. All it takes is one pissed off Daddy.

At 13 you are too young to be going anywhere with and 18 year old. He has things on his mind even if you don't. If you were 20 and he 25, that would be ok. Don't get involved!

If you dont' do anything sexual then it's not illegal, you would just be friends hanging out. The thing is I'm sure he doesn't want that, where's the relationship going to go if you can't have sex for 5 years? He's thinking of it differently then you are, make sure he knows what's up.

It's a big no no. First of all, its illegal. Second, he has been around much more than you. You are too young for him. I dated a guy five years older than me for a brief time period and I felt this way. And, I am over 18. I am just telling you from personal experience. Stay away from him. No matter how much you like him, it will be a bad situation once you start dating him. I can't see this heading down a good path.

well, right now, 13 and 18 have a huge gap. Maybe later in life it wouldn't be as huge. I suggest being friends for now, but just think...a five-year difference in your life...you're only a teenager and he's an adult...20 and 25, still a large gap but not much. 27 and 32, okay. I would try later in life, believe me.

Well, it's illegal, for one thing.
I don't think it's right. A 13-year-old should be hanging around with people his or her own age, and the same goes for the 18-year-old.

Yes, it is bad for you to be going out with a 18 yr old. Because he could be charge with statutory rape. I am sure that there are plenty guys your own age that you can be with. And besides you should not be dating anyway. You have plenty time to date. Don't be in such a hurry to grow up.

If he does anything sexual, it is called statutory rape and he will be spending time in jail. Therefore, know that the guy you are with is a potential felon. Might as well go out with a crack dealer.

well, you know he's allowed to do many things which you are not.
if you feel safe and confident with him you shouldnt care what other people think. but tell him you dont want to do anything ssexual with him before you guys go out. In case hes just another perve that jus wants to get in your pants.
