I think that you deserve a big round of applause for your public apology. It was very brave and humble of you to do such a thing. This is the first time I've seen it done on Yahoo Answers. This says a lot about your strength of character. Many people post terrible things on this site and never apologize. You swallowed your pride and did what most people would never do. Very admirable. I take my hat off to you as a sign of my deep respect. Apology accepted.

The make things better for yourself, you should start by making amends to those who you may have hurt or done things to, that you know weren't very nice. And try to start, by being a better person, by being there for people you care about, your family and friends. Maybe even do some volunteer work, and that will help you to start to feel better and help you become a better person.
