Tourists stop in the middle of the sidewalk while everyone else is trying to walk. So annoying.

People who live there know what they are doin'(going to work, etc.). Tourists walk around lost an they look around looking at things.

To add to this -- people wearing sweat pants, track suits who are not running.. Wearing white running shoes. Bad haircuts like mullets. Waiting for the walk light when there are no cars coming. Waving at Taxicabs that don't have the light on top lit. (if the taxi light on top is lit, it means the cab is vacant) . Walking around wearing those Statue of Liberty spiked hats.
