I think since religon factions are always killing each other because we do not hold their religon in high esteem. With no religon what would we have to kill them over? Could the Jews and other Arabs live in peace? Would the Muslims quit killing their own women and children. IS it worth a try? This is serious but answer anyway.

No, the world would be a better place if everyone just believed in their own religion and stopped worrying about what other people are thinking and doing. As long as people follow the rules of their respective religions and we are all doing good then who cares if my neighbor is Wiccan or Buddhist or a Muslim or whatever! Live and let live people!!!

firstly there is only one creator , all religions are just pathways to the same source. While every religion believes there's is the one true religion the job at hand is to teach all religions to tolerate all the different religions. And at least agree that there is only one creator. But unfortunately religion is big business and pulls in a lot of money with money comes power and greed and abuse of power., No one religion will ever give up that sort of power over people. The best way to eradicate the hate that religion breeds is to give control of the churches revenue and all back to the people not a select few but put it in the hands of the whole of the congregation taking the power away from the top dogs .

When you think about it, all wars are about religion. World War II was caused because of Hitler's hate for Jews. The Troubles was caused by the hostility between Protestants and Catholics in the Isle of Ireland. The Iraqis fight each other because of beliefs.... All I know is that I wouldn't want to be in religious warfare.

Nope. It wouldn't change a thing. People will always find a way to group themselves be it religion, race, height, location, etc. It's human nature. Take religion out of the equation and something else will pop up in it's place.

Yeah well,

political factions kill each other over oil.

and ku klux klan factions killed over race.

and don't forget how hitler slaughtered millions becuz he thought his race was the best.

those all involved no religion.

you don't need the bible to tell you that wouldn't work.

just read a non-religious history book on the world.
I read there's been a couple hundred days without war in all the history of the world.

and you expect me to beleive that all this was due to religion?

who beleives in fiction now?

Ifthey don't fight over religion, they fight over a watermelon,
it'd be the same.

the bible states that soon God is going to put in the hearts of the nations.....to destroy all the religions....no matter what....except one....his people.....and in the book of Revelation....where it talks about the Great Babylon.....is referring to all the religions around the world....that have God up to here......he is fed up....is going to be destroy.....by the nations in this world....Praise Jehovah when he vindicates his name and destroys the false religions and the nations.....(Daniel 2:44).....then the Lord Jesus will establish his kingdom from above the heavens bringing blessings down to the earth....converting the earth in a nice place to live just like the paradise that Adam and Eve lost....Man and animals will live together.....with no fear, no death, no mouring, no pain....

Well i thinkg at the end we all have the same religion because we are all looking for the same its just that we do it in different ways religions are just guides that lead us all to the same point, so yeah i think it doesnt matters how you want to call your god at the end we all bealive in something superior that somehow protect us. but in the other hand its impossible to make all the world to bealive in the same religion cuz each one of us have a different way of seing the world it self therefore a different way of bealiving.

Religion is man's attempt to get to God. If God is worth getting to, then we humans will never make it on our own power.

Jesus the Christ died for all our sins, all the wrong things we think and do--past, present, future--once and for all. He was the only sacrifice good enough for God. He was put to death on a instrument of torture called a cross. He did this to bring us to God. He was put to death physically, but made alive by God's spirit which is holy or pure, and this holy spirit is available to all who trust completely--to all who bet the farm, bet their entire reputations and livelihoods--on this tiny, naked helpless baby born in a feed trough into the arms of teenage sinners.

There is a big difference between a "Christian", and actually being a follower of Jesus Christ (which is what "Christian" originally meant).

God's answer for us is not religion. His answer is Jesus. The solution to sin--and all it's symptoms including war--is to be put right with Him by trusting your heart and mind to Jesus Christ.

My friend...the day will arrive when we are ONE. On that day I promise you my friend...we will all rejoice and celebrate and even laugh at how ridulous it was to have waisted our precious time and lives feuding over the differences of this religion and that religion.

On that day...we will all take life to the next level and we will have realized our full potential as one race...The Human Race.

Take care my brother.

I don't know about religion but I do know if every one believed in our One GOD and everything told in the Bible to be Gods word...And everyone listen to what God is telling them....of course the world would be a much more beautiful place.
