Drugs and alcohol should always be avoided during pregnancy. If you are still taking Vicodin you should stop now. If you haven't taken any yet - don't! Unfortunately, your baby will probably be born with a mild addiction. If your pediatrician knows that you have been taking Vicodin, he/she can treat the baby with no major problems.

None as long as you don't take a lot. I took it while I was pregnant and it just made the baby a little tired
