My neighbor and i have a very flirtatious relationship. When we see each other we talk for hours, but we never exchange numbers. I can tell he likes me because he's always asking about my dating life ( which i don't have) But i don't know how to react. I am very attracted to him .. Any suggestions or advice?

You are two consenting adults with an attraction to each other. You already hang out and talk for hours, why not suggest that you move the conversation inside of someones house. He asks about your dating life, be honest and use a little humor. Tell him you don't have one, but if he's asking, you will be willing to consider it. Suggest this as a friend and neighbor and see how far it goes from there, one of you could be selling your house before too long.

Be a little more open, a little more flirty, and see how he reacts to it. I'll bet he is just dying for you to. Get out in the yard, if he can see you, and read a book, or lay in the sun.....see how he reacts to that. Make sure he sees you, if you have to go get the paper, mail, or whatever. Use what you've got! Good Luck!! Invite him over for a beer, or glass of wine.......as a good neighbor.

The close relationship is not a good idea. Someone always ends up getting hurt. I had this type of relationship and the lady started watching me all the time(spying) We went our separate ways then never talked again Good Luck

Hell no, I have been there, meaning I never hooked up with the guy but we did a lot of flirting back and forth. He gave me his number I never called he understood, and we still respect and like each other till this day. I will always have a friend in him.

you should not date him because you live too close together...jealousy may spark if a woman or man is being seen going in/out of any one of your places. also you need some space sometimes and should not have to worry about being seen when you don't want. or if you guys break up you will have to see him and it may be hard

when you have a conversation again ask him to come over later.
surpize him with a dinner date at your house. watch a movie and just had out that way you two can feel easy around eachother and you will be able to make your move.

i think neighbor relationships could be awesome.....sneaking out at the middle of the night and meeting at your neiborhood "park," or something. he can throw rocks at your window. i say yes.
