Well, it depends on what you're wanting to put on that bread...the 9 grain bread from a local bakery near me (Pocket Full of Rye) is to die for, but lately, if I'm baking myself, I've been making zucchini bread entirely to often. It's marvelous with cream cheese on it, but I have to watch it because I'll eat half the loaf that way. Good for the soul, bad for the diet. Here's the recipeI use from allrecipes.com. It's full of fluffy, cinnamon-y goodness:

Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F ( 165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy. Mix in oil and sugar. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt and nuts; stir into the egg mixture. Divide batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done.

french bread from San Francisco!!! i'm not really used to white bread because my mom never bought it, and instead she'd buy whole wheat bread, and i grew up on that and i LOVE it! i've tried white bread a few times and i like it, but i prefer whole wheat over white.
