Do you feel that would give license to abuse them in other respects? So many people do this, it astounds me. Is it okay to exploit someone who is vulnerable to your own advantage if you provide them sustenance? I know someone in this situation and it breaks my heart.

I would, blonde, but right now it's all I can do to help myself. I do what I can, though. I help out in any way that I can. I would say that I do it for free, but I don't. I do it for me.

Hookers are in abusive situations. Any time any person, anywhere has to sell his or her dignity for food and shelther, it's an abusive situation. Justice turns a blind eye. It's very, very sad.

well in differnt peoples perspectives it would have to change. i AGREE with you 100% about how people should help other down thier. But thier many Conservative people in this world too who believe that the lower or So call Poor don't deserve a chance.. as much as i hate that it is a little fact because if you have the determination and heart to go and atleast get a job even if it means cleaning bathroom everyday it still gives your a little bit of hope. Out society has gotton very grusome that we only except a spedcific type into our eyes.. the fives senses. as much as thier beautiful.. do you ever think what if we didn't have these senses .. don't your agree this world would be better ..

See- we wouldn't judge everyone that comes to our door

Feel- we would understad the meaning of love

Hear- the words to hurt our soul would be redeemed

smell- the polution of gas and smog .

and taste-- the fatteinin food which makes us lower of beeing

It is NEVER okay to exploit someone or abuse them in any way. That is just wrong and that person need to get out of there and go to a real friend or family for help. That is so sad about this world today, there's just too many f*%#ed up people. If maybe you can help this person instead of leaving them to rot where they are. That would be a very nice thing to do. :o)

NO if you help someone that needs help it should come from the hart NOT from greed or expect anything in return. I have done a lot of things to help people out and i diden even know them. But that's me that's the type of person i am. Why people do things then want something in return to me is selfishness. If you are planing on helping someone just do it and be glad you could help. Don't turn around and make a good thing a nightmare for them. Because you ain't helping them if you do that. You are being a butt hole. And don't ever abuse then just because you can that's being a jerk!!!!

This is an excellant point I`ve seen it for years,if someone is in a bind and if you help them thats it no strings attatched but it usually won`t work that way..as soon as alot of people have you over a barrel so to speak they go on a power trip and the evil that lurks within...see to be in that situation where somone has the power to kick you out in the middle of the night, rip you off or call the cops on you just to get rid of you especially if you helped them out somewhat is the shits...know who your dealing with.

Never!

What you're speaking of is treating someone's flesh wound by applying bandages, while poisoning their tea.

Taking advantage and exploiting someone while offering them respite is not in any way okay!

I have found that its best to do as Jesus teaches; Help others and seek no reward. In doing so, everyone keeps their dignity and the helped cannot harm the helper.

no, of course it isn't o.k. and if you are aware of an abusive situation, it is YOUR duty as a human being to do something about it instead of wasting precious time on the internet
