To get out of a commitment, find a replacement babysitter, and ask if that would be okay.

Tell your parents that those are not your kids, but are your parent's kids. Tell them that you should have the burden otherwise it would be very unfair. It takes away your social life. Tell them that you will not babysit anymore and they give you the responsiblity when they leave the house, you will leave the house too. Therefore, they will get the message that you hate to babysit and they need to find someone else to babysit.

Assuming from the brief question you wrote that your parents are asking you to babysit for their child:
If you still live in their house and don't pay rent, then you say nothing and babysit.
If you don't live with them, then say "Sorry I can't babysit for you this weekend I have plans."

Tell them you really want to have sexual intercourse with this guy that you just met over the phone. Your friend knew his number, and you liked his voice so much that you are ready to give yourself to him right this very second.
Another excuse, one of the kids that you go to school with is spreading rumors about you -- saying that you are a no good trashy slut who pukes their own vomit after each meal. Tell them, that you need to set this tramp straight.
Another excuse, tell your parents that you loaned a cd to one of your friends, and you must go get it back because you really want to listen to it and your friend is going away on vacation and you won't get to listen to that cd for a few weeks and you want to listen to it now.

They are the ones who had kids, they should take the responsibility for them. Being the oldest does not mean you're obligated to raise the remainder of their offsprings.
