Well my theory is if you get that drunk when you get home all you will do is crash on the sofa, or fall into bed fully clothed and wont even think about drinking coffee or water, so all i can suggest is make sure before you go out you leave some good Anadin Extra some place that you know you will see as soon s you wake up then place in mouth followed by a nice long drink of fresh cool water...........lol

ive never actually had a hangover. I dont know why. Even when I've gotten super drunk. I'm not sure if a certain drink will give or not give hangovers. It's just your body's reaction to being drunk period. On second thought though, go to your local drugstore, they have something that you can take before you drink to keep you from getting one the next day. Also, I've heard (but it may be a joke) that if you have a hangover in the morning, the best cure is to have another beer! LOL

Not getting drunk in the first place.
Don't you have better things to do with your time?
The getting drunk time + the sleeping it off time + the hangover/recovery time - man, that's a lot of time you could be doing something useful!

OMG, drink Gatorade before and the morning after you go out...works like a charm for hangovers. And what is up with people that are saying don't drink and all that crap that has nothing to do with what you asked, this isn't a forum people, I'm soo tired of it..I swear it's just gaming for points..lol

Well if you get really drunk you are more than likely going to be hung over because of all the sugar intake. I usually drink Rum and Diet Coke and a rarely have a hangover. Perhaps try to remember to drink a tall glass of water and take a pain reliever before you go to bed. At any rate please please for the love of God don't Drink and Drive. Promise me that ;-)

I recommend taking some kickers before you drink...those are guaranteed to keep you from getting a hangover...then you can drink whatever you want!

When i read "what do you recommend" i was like "vodka!"... but then i read "that will not give me a hangover from hell" and i was like "shittttt" lol. Your hangover shouldn't be as bad if you dont mix your drinks.

I don't really know, but I've heard that if you drink Pernod, then when you drink water in the morning you get drunk again...
Either that or don't sober up... Top up!!
(for the record, I'm NOT an alcoholic... Alcoholics go to meetings. I'm a Drunk!)
