Honor and respect your parents. You can try talking to them, but not in a disrespectful or dishonoring way. They have their reasons for letting you date; and eventhough you are almost there (legally) you are not an adult yet. You are still a minor , whom they are responsible for.
Some people here are telling you to cheat or sneak, this is NOT good advice. Learning to honor your parents now - will serve you well in later life when you will have to abide by an employer or a client that you disagree with.

Just date, they don't have to know. I've been dating since I was 14 and my parents kind of knew. I'm 18 now and they've accepted it...though they originally told me I wasn't allowed to until I was in college.
Just make sure you don't get knocked up and that you don't fail your classes - those are most likely the main reasons why your parents don't want you to date.

...then don't date. Honor your parents. Their guidance is for a reason. I also agree with the others about not getting "knocked up." Can you be satisfied hanging with the gals a little longer? Believe me, life can move too fast once you decide to make larger life decisions. Enjoy where you are right now, because when you turn the corner, there's no going back.

Don't rush. You've got plenty of time. Plus i'm pretty sure you'll change dosen of bf's before you'll settle on one. So relax and take it slow. It's really easy to get along with a dude, but really hard to find a perfect one. Your choice. You may date anyway, but i think that'll be a mistake. Your parents wish you only the best. Remember it. I understood it too late....

Thank them.
They probably want to save you from temptation or making bad choices.
Ask if they would be open to double dating. If so, make sure you can be trusted to come home on time, be where you said you'd be, etc. If you show you can be trusted, they will trust you.

listen to them, but voice your opinion to them. let them know how you feel about the situation and really consider their reasonings aobut why they won't let you date. obey them because they truly do know what is best for you.

Follow them. they might sound wrong at times, but they know what's right for you. You might have sex if you really like the guy, and if he is not knowledgeable, you'll get pregnant.
