lots of ways, use 1- spypot search and destroy, 2- Bug doctor, 3-CC cleaner, any of these is enough to errace a mild spy software.

Seriously, if you are running XP go to Start, Run then select the Services tab. Look for anything you don't recognize - anything that says "logger" or "key logger".
Your spy ware programs will not pick up a key logger because it is an application.

Get some anti spyware and run it. It should show whatever dspywsare is on your computer. Spy bot is good and it is free. go to www.cnet.com to download it.

hard as some of the softwares doesn't even show up in the tasks / processes / log / logger. Best if you want to do something, reminder to cover your tracks...use a erase software to erase all tracks..or like others said..dun do it is the safest.

man if your wife is spying on you, you either need to quite doing whatever it is that your doing or if she is just crazy get rid of her.

click start ,go to run then type services.msc.then look for any suspicious process not belonging to windows
