Statistically, -millions of these mosquitoes 'bite' people and then go on to bite others. If you could get HIV infection this way, - it would have shown up in thousands (or millions) of cases by now!!
But I'd be worried about your dentist if I were you....(but that's only one verified case) ... or maybe deep kissing... uggghhh

AIDS is the actual symptons that show up after you are infected with HIV, which is the virus that causes AIDS. However, I don't think HIV can survive outside the human body in a mosquito. So, no, it is not possible to get 'AIDS' or HIV through a mosquito bite.
The only ways you can get AIDS or HIV are:
1) contaminated needles with HIV blood
2) between a mother and a baby during a pregnancy
3) And uh... something that young children shouldn't be doing anyways.

Well Since the mosquito only takes a lil bit of blood I daught very much that it would take up the HIV virus with it, or that it would survive inside the Mosquito long enough to be transmited to someone else.

No! The AIDS virus is very fragile. It cannot survive in the digestive system of a mosquito. AIDS can be transmitted through sexual contact, blood transfer( i.e. dirty needles) and a breast-feeding mother's milk. It is very unlikely to get the AIDS virus through kissing . AIDS is not transmitted by casual contact. It cannot live in urine and is not normally found in saliva. AIDS is a virus. It requires a living cell in order to reproduce itself. There are lots of good phamplets which explain AIDS in easily understood terms available at your local Health Department. They are free and available to anyone who asks. Please educate yourself on this very important subject in order to keep yourself and the ones you care about safe.

No the virus isn't adapted for mosquito bourne transmission, the bugs digestive juices and cold bloodedness kills the AIDS virus pretty swiftly.

Wow! I never considered that avenue. On one hand it makes perfect sense because HIV has been known to transfer when IV drug users share needles. But, on the other it seems like we would have spikes in the infection rate following mosquito seasons. I simply don't know.
One thing is for sure. You have given me something to think about.

I don't think its a dumb question. Makes sense that if a mosquito can transfer West Nile to a person and animal, why couldn't it transfer another disease?

No. You would get the HIV virus if you have sex with the mosquito.
