Easy there, my dear. Desperation is a stinky perfume and no matter how mad a dinner you can cook, it will repel every decent man away. You sound like you're in love with the idea of marriage...slow down! Don't let anyone make you feel bad for not being married yet. I turn 30 next week and I have a great boyfriend but we're not engaged and I sure hope it will wind up that way (it seems we're heading in that direction) but in the meantime, I'm not going to drive myself crazy wondering what's around the bend. This applies to you, too. Go out with your friends, get involved in some activities that truly interest you and get out in the world. When you're out and about making yourself happy, you'll feel great about yourself and you'll attract other happy people as well. You'll also meet tons of new people when you get involved in activities, people with your interests. You could meet a wonderful man through that, or through any new friends you develop (they could have brothers, friends, etc). Give it a try...it worked for me and I couldn't be happier.

Well, you can't go around telling people, including men, that you "are looking for a husband!" You'll scare everyone away!
Stop searching so hard. You'll meet that special someone when it's time.
Don't rush anything. Just have an open heart and mind, and in the meantime, focus on bettering yourself.

You're probably not finding one because you're presenting yourself as being needy. When you stop looking and just relax and enjoy yourself, you'll find the perfect guy. Make a life for yourself without a man and be happy...then he'll pop right up!! Men can sense when a woman is desperate.
