It depends on taste, but if you like all the ingredients, this one is great!
SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE:
4c chopped cooked chicken (bite size pieces)
1-14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into quarters
12oz shredded swiss cheese
-MIX THESE 3 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL
1 small onion, chopped (more if you like onion, less if you don't)
2c chopped celery
2c seasoned croutons
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2c milk
1/2c mayonnaise (I actually prefer Miracle Whip, but either works)
-MIX THESE 6 INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BOWL, SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC, & ITALIAN SEASONING
-POUR SOUP MIXTURE INTO CHICKEN MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
-SPOON MIXTURE INTO BAKING/CASSEROLE DISH (ABOUT 7"X11"), SPRAYED LIGHTLY WITH COOKING SPRAY
-BAKE AT 350 F FOR 30-40 MINS, OR UNTIL TOP IS BROWN AND BUBBLY
Even if this isn't the best, try it, it makes for a pretty easy supper and great leftoves!

I have this one that I make all the time and everyone loves it. It is really simple and tastes great! It is an Italian pasta one!
1 box of pasta shells (medium works best)
1 pound of hamburg
1 pounf sausage (sweet or hot whatever your taste is)
1 container of ricotta
1 egg
1 2lb. bag of shredded mozerella
I large jar of Prego Traditional (or whatever one you prefer) you can also use 1 and a half sized regualr jar
Spices to your taste.
What I do is to boil the pasta and cook the meat. With the hamburg I add salt and pepper with garlic powder. While these are all cooking I then start on the sauce mixture. I take the ricotta, egg and about 1/4 cup of mozerella mix them together with spices. These spices can be oregeno, basil, garlic, parsley and whatever your taste is. Mix this together and when it taste good to you add the spaghetti sauce and stir that in with a little more mozerella Then you can add the meat and pasta and mix well. Then put it in dishes or a dish that you can bake in the oven with. Then take the remaining mozerella and put it on top and be sure to cover all the pasta with it. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, until the chees is melted and golden on edges.
Trust me you will like this. I call it leftover lasanga. :)

My version of 'Irish Stew' which can also be made into a Casserole:
Cut two pounds of Beef Shin or rump steak into 2 inch squares, melt some butter in the saucepan, add pepper and salt. When hot put in the meat, stirring until it is 'sealed' on all sides, take off the heat. Add about two pints of boiling water and bring it back to the boil. Simmer. Add two Oxo cubes (beef stock solid). Add diced carrots, roughly cut, thinly sliced onions, any type of beans (but not the sauce), allow to simmer for about two hours. Test the meat for tenderness, add plenty of potatoes and allow to simmer for about half an hour until the potatoes are cooked. Serve with plenty of rough cut bread and plenty of butter.......... Marvelous..
