ok so we watch these movies and we train martial arts right. some of the movies we watch are fighting heavy (they fight for any reason) other movies people may scream or cry but no one fights back when their life is endangered (ie. horror movies). how do you think the real life fight might break out? wouldn't you like to see the slasher guy sneak aroung the courner just to be kicked in the sack. i would love to see someone produce a movie that involve more realistic "action" scenes with people acting like people i know.

It appears that in alot of those movies everyone is scared out of their wits and incapable of defending themselves. I personally, having practiced martial arts for some years now, am perfectly able to bust some serial killer's butt with a rolled up newspaper.

True, no one really does all the dancing around stuff that you see in some of these movies, although I was really impressed with the fight scenes in the Transporter and Transporter 2. A little more realistic.

I love seeing the slasher totally annihilate his victims. I think it is sexy.

.....scenes with people acting like people you know?
You'd be surprised how they would act when confronted with a group of killer ninja wizards.
