I don't know the 10 best, but here are some things that work for me:
- a long walk on a nice day through a pretty park
- bubble baths
- a phone call to catch up with an old friend
- a nap
- watching an enjoyable TV show that keeps my mind off other things
- yoga
- headphones and a peaceful song
- a professional massage

I have one that works really well, go into a very quiet room and deep breath...all the way in, hold it for a second or two and let it out COMPLETELY, as if you are forcing the air out at the end. Do it 10 times. It will clear your mind and relax you.

Personally...I have several ways that help ME relax...
1-Go for a walk...preferably in the country....
2-Read a book....
3-Meditate.
4-Paint/draw/take photos...or something else artistic.
5-Take a shower...a long hot shower....not to get clean, but just to feel the massaging water releasing my muscles.
6-Take a nap.
7-Go see a funny movie.
8-Listen to music.
9-Spend time with animals....their no nonsensical presence, and absurdity always relaxes me.
10-Call a good friend just to talk.

A hot bath with candles and light music, Just spending time with yourself laying down and daydreaming, listening to classical music, getting a massage, breathe, reading, writting, pray, watch t.v. or movies, and the best way I like to relax is to sleep or take a nap, It is so refreshing.
