she has my number but never calls me but when i see her at school(college) we talk and laugh ...she seems sort of interested but i dunno im scared of rejection if she bust out lauging or something i will beat myself with a blunt object

Women still like to be chased, and men seem to still like to do the chasing. This girl probably doesn't want to seem too desperate, or maybe she's not looking for anything serious. Either way, if you want to know, just ask her out. The worst thing she can say is no. If you don't try, you'll always wonder. Not every woman will say no, so give it a try.

well don't take things too serious yet. You guys are in college she probably just wants to experience with the new college idea in guys... So she's talking to other people... But college is also the time where you find your soul mate. She could be taking her time. If you think she's interested just bring it up in a random conversation and make your move.

Ask, my now girlfriend knew how I felt about her along time before I said a word. She felt it was the role of the guy to make the first move. This may be the case with you. Hope everything works out.
