I have died on April 9, 2006. And I didn't see the light or god or angel, nothing at all. And I have beleave god and everything. So now I don't beleave, I now fill that all this stuff about heaven and hell, so to control us so we wouldn't end up like animals. I do beleave that once you die, It is like the light bulb that burns out, and some unscrew you and throw you away and place a new one in your place.

It happenned to me too. I got in a motorcycle wreck in '69, when I woke up two days later, it shocked the doctors, not to mention my family. I saw no light, no angels, no afterlife. The light bulb scenerio is about right, myself, I think about it more as a blooming flower. The stem lives on (your children, and other family members) but the older ones die out and fall away. Even in animals, (and we humans are animals too) they lose thier parents, their siblings, their newborns, and they seem to forget about it in no time. We humans make a big deal of it, as if our individual life is meaningful.

Have you really been dead? I don't think so! Nobody has passed away and returned to tell you there is no God or ligth or whaterver you want to believe and I am sure the very day you pass away, you will find out that there is a God, so don't be so negative if you don't wanna believe it's up to you. Since everything is so obvious... I myself have no doubt about Heaven and Hell. Besides scientifically we human beings have an inner "energy" (soul) and if you went to school there they teach about how energy is never drestroyed but it changes and transform into another thing (in a perfect being for us believers), so you can't tell that everything ends when you die, no... It's a new beginning for a new life...

Nobody knows..
In the moment of death sometimes your body makes a chemical (DMT) that gives hallucinations. That can sometimes cause people to get a very spiritual experience. And off course, they are still alive on that moment.
What really happens after you die will always be a mystery. Nobody knows, and no-one will ever be able to tell.
Fascinating story, yours!

From experiences I gathered, when you die your brain goes through a series of thoughts (Flashbacks). But if you believe in ghosts, then there is life after death. But ghost could be nothing more then magnetic field disturbances. This is a very scary situation, not knowing but only believing.
