I believe it would be the responsability, more than anything else.
Both of my parents were working people all of my life, till now that they are retired, and all i saw was their responsability in the work, the responsability about us, their four daugthers, and the responsability over their siblings.

Theres a couple:
1) treat others like you would want to be treated
2) Don't ever call anyone something that you wouldn't want them to call your mother.
