Its the feeling of it saturating your throat and body..it soothes the body and the body always seems to want to be hydrated. I get the same thing..I'll drink a water bottle then my mouth feels dry so I end of drinking another. Don't worry about it..it's healthy for you and your doing your organs a favor.

Because the more you drink, the more you program your body to tell you when it needs more. It's a good sign. If you let the dehydration go on too long, it stops sending signals but starts giving you health problems and a lack of energy. If you're thirsty drink.
I suppose there is a VERY TINY chance that you could be diabetic, but I would bet not. I'm going with my first answer.

Well first all of all because you're probably extremely dehydrated, but on serious note, I would get my blood checked if I were you(I'm sorry I don't want to scare you, so don't take this the wrong way) because when you are constantly thirsty as if you're body can't get enough, that can be an indicator for diabetes. Just get you blood sugar checked, it's better to be on the safe side.
