You have to be honest. It's never easy telling someone you're not attracted to them but it's either that or keep going through what you're going through. Just tell her I think you're a nice person but i'm just not attracted to you like that. Don't raise your voice and be sincere.
As for the other young lady that you do like. Let her know you're intrested. How else is she supposed to know you like her if you never say anything.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Well sweety first off let her know that you are interested in someone else at work, dont exactly tell her just use actions. Actions speak louder then words. if this doesnt help simply let her know that the relationship you two share are strictly co-workers and you don't want to get involved. But definately make sure you get involved with the other woman and let her know you have a stalker, she will wanna help and most likely attract herself to you. Good luck

The 1 leaving U notes should act her age not her shoe-size!
How childish & unlikely to appeal to you or any man, to be honest.
U make a move on the Nice down-to-earth lady, why should lose out on having a life because of Ms Silly Note writer?
U go 4 it & good luck, hope it all goes well.

I find that dating at work never turns out good. It's all great until you break up. Then you are stuck, day after day, having that person around.
I think its probably best that you specifically tell the girl who keeps bugging you that you really appreciate her as a friend, but that's all you feel for her. That would probably be the more mature thing to do before you made a move with the one you ARE interested in. That's really easy for me to say though, because I'm not the one who would have to do it.

Tell the one the that is hitting on although you appreicate her efforts, you honestly do not have the same feelings towards her. As for the other it is never a good idea to mix business with pleasure- if you want to make a move on the other girl- try finding a different work place in case things get ugly between you- which they proably will.

Tell the one your not attracted to that you're not interested. Just let her down easily. There's no point in being nice if she's going to interpret it another way. And as for the lady you are interested in, tell her that you would like to take her out. You can't be worried about someone else's feelings, and ignore your own.

Well, actually let the girl that you like know how you feel about her and then her know what's going on with the other girl. After you got done telling what's going on she should understand of what you have to do next. The next thing is that you have to let the girl that your not attracted to know that you don't feel the way she does. Let her know that you don't think of her in that way. When you do this don't tell her this in front of everybody cause you'll make her feel foolish and embarrassed. If want to be friends with her let her know if not that up to you if you want to tell her. When you got everything situated don't rub be rude and rub the other girl in her face.

Sometimes it seems harsh to hurt one person and then go for the one you want right in front of her, but hell- thats life and you have no obligation to be super nice to her about it. Let her know that there is no chemistry for you and that you have a crush on someone else...tell her that you would rather keep it platonic. If she throws a fit, don't worry...sounds like she has some growing up to do. ;)

Just flat out tell her that you are not interested in her and you are finding the situation very unprofessional and it makes you uncomfortable in your work environment.
You may not want to take it this far, but this really does linger on the lines of harassment. But you must face the situation ASAP.
With the other girl you are interested in..do your best to keep it outside the work place.

Tell goofy you are seeing someone , then immediately ask the other one out. It is nice to see a man worried about hurting a woman's feelings. Sometimes you have to be very frank though.
