I mean, if they had the means to be born, survive and everything without other people. Basically is no one told them of any certain religion, what would they come up with?

I believe they would come up with some sort of religion involving pagan dieties for them to worship similar to what ancient cultures have done. Mayans, Egyptians, Aztecs, ancient Chinese, etc.

Of course it would be their 'own' religion dreamed up by the self appointed leader, similar to American Indians, native Africans, etc. Will they have access to books? I know for a fact that a test was run on an Amazon tribe that had no religion, they were taught some of all religions and were asked to pick which one that appeals to them most, they picked Christianity.

Life in a state of nature is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.

I'm not sure they'd last long enough to come up with a religion, and I don't mean they'd die of exposure or anything. Socialization is a tricky process at best.

They would follow the same growth of religion as any other society, starting with fear of the unknown, labeling natural phenomenon as sources of power, deifying objects, and so on. We start with what we see, and apply religion to what we can't explain any other way.

Have you ever read "Lord of the Flies"? I'd highly recommend it.

I think they would make up their own type of religion. They will have something that they worship... what? Not sure. I guess that would depend on the "leader" of the group of kids. (just my 2-cents worth) :)

God already covered this too, in saying that it is better not to know than to know and sin against it. God's word is to be spread, not to have his children ignorant and sit around and see what they can come up with on their own. That's what the Bible is for.

This is an impossibility. Without human contact, they would die.

have you ever read or watched Lord of the Flies? You should ... it addresses this very issue.

in the story, the society evolves into a dictatorship ... and cannibalism ... and murder. it's really quite good.
