get this book: The Abs Diet by David Zinczenko. It works and you can do all the workouts at home with little or no equipment

Relacore is belly-fat specific. It works well. Make sure you get the "real" 90-count bottle though. You'll be taking the 3 capsule a day formula, not the 110-count, less potent, 6 capsule a day formula.

Try doing sit-ups:
* The regular, traditional kind
* Side crunches where you swing to one side when you come up, and then repeat for the other side.
This will help to tone your front and side abs.
