i have a dog of 3 4 months...n she has a white coat sort of like pomerians...her hair is very thin n minute...mostly i don c it n i ingest it wid my food....will it b harmful for me???

It should not hurt unless you are allergic. Try to train your dog to stay out of the kitchen when food is being prepared. I taught mine to, and no dog hair on my food.

No, otherwise I would be dead! But if you want to stop some shedding get him the Science Diet dog food from your vet or some pet stores or the Nutro. This food is a bit more expensive but you will see the great results. Just vacuum the floor and always remember to brush her hair so you can brush the hair instead of it flying around your house.

I have raised Afghan Hounds..VERY long and thick hair,,for 23 years. I have ingested a ton of dog hair!. No health problems in my family at all.
We are all remarkably healthy.

no. My dog sheds year round and there is dog hair ALL OVER the house, but if u accidentally eat it (Unless ur dog has a sskn condition) it's like eating your own hair; nasty but harmless.

No if it was harmfull we would not have pets my dogs shed so much I am sure I would be dead by now if that was true.
