With the latest release of IE7, you can now uninstall it without too much difficulty. It's hidden by default. Here's how to find it.

How to Uninstall IE7:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click Add or Remove Programs
3. Click Show Updates checkbox
4. Click whatever version of IE7 you have. For example "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview"
5. Click the Change/Remove button

Have you tried looking in the directory to see if there's an uninstall file? If not, go to Add/Remove programs (in your Control Panel) and uninstall that way.

Assuming you're using a PC ... if a Mac it's probably even more straightforward.

Should be listed in the add/remove programs folder in the control panel.
Failing that, go into the program files directory and open the IE7 folder, scroll down till you find the uninstall executable file.
