Heat strokes can cause sever problems, dizziness and fainting will be the next steps. Sun bask for just fifteen minutes at a time for full body exposure, longer for smaller areas. If you are working in the sunlight, cover your skin as much as possible. Hats, long sleeved shirts, and gloves. Skin cancer takes years to develop and can also kill you.

High Blood PRessure......check your blood pressure, see a doctor.....that is how I found out I had high blood pressure. I would get a headache while "sun basking", one time I even passed out. I went to a doctor and I started on meds....now I am great.

The answer is rather simple actually. It's called Heat Stroke. When the human brain perceives that organ is in danger it alerts you by pain in the head (otherwise known as a Headache). It is similar to when you eat ice cream and get that "Brain-freeze" feeling but that is the opposite effect.

The start of heat stroke, you shouldn't be sun basking to start with...... unless you like having skin cancer and do you know what kind of wrinkles it causes? Use self tanners safe and way way better than the old ones.
