Try this, it was just me and my boss working in the finance office. I was wearing a skirt. I went to the bathroom and when I pulled my hose up my skirt got tucked into the back! He didn't tell me because he didn't want to embarrass me, but he ended up having to when a customer was walking across the parking lot. I ran and hid in the back and cried. My whole booty was showing! I needed the job at the time so I had to go back. It was pretty hard the first few days, but it blew over and I moved on. In time we laughed about it, but I was still embarrassed. Things happen. Just be strong and try to keep your chin up. Oh and don't ever where the dress again. At least not to work. Good luck.

Ma'am I know you were embarassed, but apparently your boss was not offended. I don't mean that in a sexist way or anything. You may be the bunt of a joke or two, but why let a little episode like this destroy what you have built up in this office. If anything when and if you go back you will build charachter in yourself to know that you can handle a little embarassment. If you are to make a joke of it youself and be the first one to do it you'll defuse the situation before it has a chance to grow into something more embarassing. My bottom line is you don't solve problems by running away from them. Face the challenge and find out you can win at anything................Todd

Don't quit your job over that. Act like nothing ever happened. Just dont wear that dress to work again. That must have been horribly embarrasing, but you can come out of it just fine. Years ago I wore a button-up dress with no bra (I'm an "A" cup, the material was thick, so I go bra-less a lot, no one notices), & my button popped off without me realizing it.....in church! I played the keyboard, which was in front, right beside the engineering guy. I kept going to church & acted like nothing ever happened--so did everyone else.

If he didn't say anything then just explain to him that it was an accident. Make a joke about it and laugh it off. It will be forgotten soon enough. There is always something else going on in the office to talk and laugh about just play it low and keep your cool. There is no reason to quit the job. Especially when jobs are so hard to come by these days.

Of course he didn't say anything, he's a guy. What guy doesn't like boob in his face? You do not quit your job over embarrassment. Are you really willing to throw away 7 years in this job market? Get real. Go back to work with your head held high, and don't wear that dress again.

You just had a breif Tara Reid moment, that is all. Your boss should be professional enough to see that it was an accident. Talk to him about it, and if he leaves you feeling uncomfortable after that, then consider quitting. You have been at the company for 7 years. Don't let that one incident make you quit.

Don't Stress about it...A boob is a boob! Quitting your job after 7 years for that is kinda rediculous. If you feel really bad about it talk to him but im sure he will tell you he didn't see anything. If your boss is proffesional then it shouldnt be a problem. Accidents happen and hopefully you won't let this one ruin your job.

It really is embarrassing, but don't quit your job over it. Go back and act like it never happened. If he had been a good boss he would have suggested you check your dress. Who knows, you might even get a raise! lol.

Sounds like your boss was classy enough not to pay attention to it. You should also just move on and not worry about it anymore. And let it be a lesson to you that perhaps you should wear more modest clothing.
