In my silverware drawer there are big and not so big forks and spoons. I noticed some people prefer the big ones and other people prefer the smaller ones.

I do, plus I use either a saucer or dessert plate for my food. I've noticed dinner plates now are the size serving platters used to be. So the smaller plate is the right serving size and the smaller fork makes it last longer.

I like the smaller ones because I have a small mouth and it's just more comfortable because with the big forks I poke the back of my mouth and scratch the back of my mouth....so for me it's comfort. It drives my boyfriend and dad nuts.

Technically the small forks are like a salad fork or apatiser fork if you set the table the way it's suppost to be, but no one actually does that, at least that I know of.

I use smaller forks and stuff just cuz the larger ones feel to big and bulky, I use smaller plates too cuz it makes it look like you're eating more.

I do. It works really well and I don't eat too much by accident, plus I get to enjoy the food longer!

No, but I do use smaller plates to make my portions smaller, and I take my time eating.

...I eat with my hands, living in India. I think that if you take smaller bites and stretch it over 20 minutes, your stomach will register "full."
