God is the 1 who created all of this
created humans and Satan
and these 2 who have children and spouses
so i guess with all of these evil people we see the Q should be how can you tell the Satan's children from the human's?

All humans are children of God. Satan is a child of God. Everything, in essence is a child of God. What you chose to follow is a different story. There are only followers and worshippers of Satan.

According to christian teaching:
All humans are born with both good & evil. We are given free will to decide for ourselves which path to choose. It is up to us to accept Jesus into our hearts.
Based on my personal experience:
I see no proof of "evil" or "good" people. They're all just people, sometimes acting lovingly and sometimes very selfishly. We can say an action was "good" or "evil" but that is all relative to your opinions on the action. For example I might say it's good someone sent $100 to an animal shelter so they'd have the money to buy medicine to save a dog. Some people would say it's evil to spend $100 on a dog when there are children starving.

We are all children of God. The devil is the part of our humanity that desires to be judged by God. Notice how he did not tempt Jesus with sex, drugs or rock and roll. He tempted Him to prove who He was.
Obviously we were created that way for a reason, created by God. We weren't just made by Him, we are Him. God is experiencing life as us.

You cannot tell unless you believe. I don't believe in your god nor do i believe in 'satan'. to me they don't exist, therefore, there are no children of god or children of satan. Your parents created you, not your god. Your mother spread her legs, your father entered. big bang boom, 9mts later, you popped outta her.

Children of God will try to do only good. Children of the devil will try only to do evil.
