Great tuna salad is easy. If you are using Miracle Whip at home switch to Mayonaise because that is what most places use because it is cheaper in bulk. I prefer Miracle Whip myself.

Sweet Pickle Relish
A little mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste.
That is the way I make it and my boyfriend eats it like crazy! There's never any left.

alot of restuarants use the tuna in oil ,,,where we use it in water,,,,,, drain your tuna very good,,,, even let in set in a collander to get all the liquid out,,,, that is a huge mistake alot of people do,,,,,, then you need add pepper and garlic salt,,,, then add whatever you want ,,,, use a good mayo,,,,
