I cannot agree with their worship methods. They have priests who they ask for forgiveness to absolve them of their sins. The bible says only the Lord God can forgive sins. They place too much emphasis on worshipping or praising the pope treating him as if he were a God or the son of God. They bow before him and kiss his hands. The bible says God is a jealous God.

In exodus 20:4-5 states that we should not make any graven images of anything in earth or in heaven. However they chose to overlook this and create supposed statues of Jesus and Mary and bow before them and pray to them. Mary was the mother of Christ and used by God, she was not meant to be prayed to nor worshipped.

They are not a true bible based church as they do not follow the teachings placed in the bible for Christians to follow.

The Catholic Church was founded by Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God, Himself. No other religion boasts a Divine founder, only Catholicism. There are Christian denominations that worship Jesus as the Christ, Messiah, Son of God, but their denominations are, themselves, founded by mere people. They have a human origin, as opposed to Catholicism which it Divine in origin.

Having said that, it would be wrong to consider all other religions as "wrong". They all possess some semblance of God's Truth. But Catholicism is the only one that has the Fullness of the Truth. Why settle for less that all the Truth when you could have access to the Full Truth?

Jesus Christ guarantees the ultimate success of the Catholic Church when He says, "the gates of hell will not prevail against it." That's quite the sweeping statement when you consider that the Catholic Church is populated entirely by mere imperfect human beings.

If the Catholic Church is of God, it cannot be destroyed. Time and time again, the powers of the world have tried to bring down the Catholic Church. Other religions have crumbled under far less severe persecution. But the Catholic Church has not only survived, it has thrived.

The Catholic Church is of God, and that is why I am a Catholic.

The Catholic Church is the true Church Christ founded. the Roman Catholic Church is not the original Catholic Church.
Catholic= universal covering
Roman Catholicism is what brought in pagan rituals and traditions of men into the church thus making the Word of God and its power void in the church. Both Protestants and Roman catholic share the same beginning and Early Church fathers, Clements, Poly carp, etc.

No! The Roman Catholic Church is an adulterous religious system that is Christian in name only. I say adulterous because it has been adulterated or mixed with every idol worship custom as they tried to convert the nations.

I do not profess to be a Catholic or a Protesting one either.

I belong to the sect of the Nazarene which is following His example and actions not just acepting of his personality. See www.eliyah.com or www.nazarene.net or www.assemblyofyahshua.com or assemblyofyahweh.com or yourarmstoisrael.org to see different groups that are contending for the faith once for all time delivered to the Saints.

I believe the Catholic Church is the right Church. It was the only Church founded by Jesus and the Apostlets, all of the sacraments are biblically based, etc. You can learn more at http://www.catholic.org/prayers/beliefs.php

I don't believe the Catholic church is the right church, and not because i belong to a protestant church i am saying that. The Bible teachings that they promote and those they create themselves are wrong, not all, but too many for me to trust. Some blatant commandments given to us from God through the scriptures are changed and some omitted. I believe a right church would be one that uses the Bible as its only guide and teacher.

The Catholic Church is the right church for me and 1.1 billion of my sister and brother Catholics.

I think that the Catholic Church answers all my questions and holds a coherent view of the world.

With love in Christ.

Yes it is. The Church that Jesus founded must go back to the time of Jesus. It's doctrines are the same as those of the Apostolic Church. Catholic Church leaders can trace their authority back to the Apostoles. History, Apostolic doctrines and Apostolic authority are main reasons why it's the correct Chruch.

I don't think Catholicism is the 'right' church. The right church is the one you personally feel most comfortable in. for me he right church would be more ancient and more Orthodox churches, which are more like the churches mentioned in the Bible, and some actually are the churches mentioned in the Bible.
