Image resize ... you should be able to select "Pixels" as the unit of sizing

Select your cropping tool from your selection bar, then put your information into the boxes on the top line after you selected the tool. Good luck!

Use the selection tool / lasso and grab the area of the pic you want. You can then copy and paste as new image.
