Yes dogs do dream although no one is too sure what they dream about!
We tend to feel concerned when a dog dream and becomes agitated. I remembr reading a research subject suggesting that when dogs become agitated/move a lot doesn't necessarily mean that they are having bad dreams. This suggestion has not been backed up by evidence yet so while in doubt ... And whenever one of my dogs does act yours does, i just give a little cudldle and whisper it's OK. They usually open their eyes for a few seconds then fall asleep without the agitation.

Yeah. Ive had dogs around all my life, and it seems they all are chasing something in their sleep, the paws are just moving like crazy, sometimes he even barks in his sleep, its so funny cause he wakes himself!

Yep! Mine runs in his sleep. He growls sometimes too. Wouldn't you just like to know what they're dreaming about? Probably food and chasing smaller animals.

yes, dogs do dream while they're sleeping.
my dogs do that too. sometimes they wimper, whine , shake & cry. just like us humans.
they have good dreams as well as bad dreams too.
it's not good to startle them, shake them or even try to wake them up. you can scare them so bad, that something bad can happen. just like u waking a human up while they're in a deep sleep, they can go into shock, have a heart attack. so can the dogs.
so yes, they dream too.

I definately think they dream. My dogs twitch, bark, whine, and even growl while they sleep. It's great to watch when they howl and stuff. I think they're chasing rabbits and cats.

Yes it is possible, because I once have a dalmatian and she was making noises and moving her pawns , just like yours. So don't worry. It is normal.
