Yes! Get that child on a doctor supervised diet immediately! She could end up with juvenile diabetes, heart conditions, etc.. when she is older! Help her to eat healthy, and exercise. Maybe go on walks in the evenings with her. Good Luck!

It depends on how tall she is. A healthy AVERAGE weight is 100lbs for 5 feet and then add 5 lbs for every inch after that. So someone that is 5'5" should weigh 125 lbs. But even if you are a few pounds o ver this figure, it doesn't mean that you are over weight.

well it depends on how tall she is, but I can't imagine a 4th grader being tall enough to carry that much weight. I would consult her pediatrician.
