I am looking for a recipe that uses lil smokies, honey and mustard.

buy some cresent rolls and roll them around the lil smokies, bake them and then dip in honey mustard, it is good, this also works for hot dogs and beacon. and for a twist try putting some cheese in too.

This is a great recipe for lil smokies; as for the honey and mustard, you prbably could add them as optional ingredients. Here is the recipe: take large frying pan, fill about 1/3 with water, place round cake pan in frying pan. Open 1 package of lil smokies, put into round cake pan and add half a jar of grape jelly, 1 jar of cocktail sauce; stir mixture so that smokies are covered; simmer about 30 to 50 minutes; or until smokies have shrunk in size; make sure you keep enough water in frying pan. Add some honey and/or mustard to mixture if you like. hope you enjoy this recipe.PS get out the toothpicks, this is great recipe for parties.

Take the three things you just mentioned and mix well heat in a pan untill bubbly and enjoy! Can add some onions for a kick or use saucy susan instead of honey.... much better. (Saucy Susan is near the BBQ sauce and other condiments in the store)
