Maybe he never done before. People from the Caribbean tends to be very conservative about sexual issues. I know because grew up in the Caribbean island of Haiti. Maybe you should ask him why.

From my own and cultural experience some Jamaican men and women are very reserve sexually (formal) Many men will not do that especially if they do not travel out of the country . They despise this type of intimacy. On the other hand in public they would denounce such act but in the dark some do "get down". It is not only Jamaican but most Caribbean men do not " go down". This is not the only means of sexual pleasure .. ..after a while you will get use to not have it. If you truly love , you will find other ways to satisfy your sexual desires . Caution do not beg him to do it or complain bitterly if he does not you can make him very upset. I am not able to tell you a way that you might approach . Depending on his personality , this could be bad new and might even get violent ,you will run him away. Some consider this act " very nasty" Remember this is not all Jamaican.. Good luck

Generally speaking, "going down" on a woman or man is looked at as a taboo in some cultures. The practice is considered dirty or disgusting, and one never does it or does it and hates doing it. Each cultural group sets its own standards. If such practice is what you desires, by all means, find the person that will fulfill your wants. There are some individuals that "cross cultures" meaning they may have grown up with certain beliefs within a culture. However, they may choose to do what is considered the ab-norm within that culture. Therefore, it is believed that your question is unfair in that you put all Jamaican men in the same category. With 100% surety, there is a Jamaican man somewhere in this universe that will "go down" on you and you will enjoy it.
OH FYI I am not Jamaican. Just someone who dislike cultural attack.

I know Rasta farrians don't go down on you, but regular Jamaican do, I know for sure.

most black men don't......just a culture thing i think....oral sex (unless 69) is total, unreciprocated pleasure....giving while not getting, and i think alot of guys (any race) think it makes them less of a man if they do that.....not a big deal to me...if you ask me it's unfair anyways...i mean i'm a woman i can have MULTIPLE orgasms if he does things right...i don't need him to go down on me if he's doing his job....and if he is then i'm gonna want to go down on him...sort of a "thanks" and "keep up the good work"
