What do you meant?
If someone asks you what your weaknesses are, tell them that you strive for perfectionism and this sometimes gets in the way, because you are only human and there is no way to get everything always just right.
(this is a positives aspect of you as well) :)
If you are on the interview board and you need to know how to answer to the leader/members what all of the candidates' weaknesses are: Well you have to think about WHAT those are--tell the truth, don't be too judge mental and just ask yourself--"what would make me not want to work with this person or what would make me want to work with this person?"

Tell them that the candidates need to do more leg presses to strengthen their lower bodies.

if they ask verbally answer verbally, if they ask in writing answer in writing, if they e-mail, e-mail back.
