My family loves this recipe....heat your oven to 350...put your pork chops on a cookie sheet....season them with salt, pepper and garlic salt (or garlic powder whatever you prefer).....then take a stick of butter and put about a tablespoon size slice on each pork chop. Put them in the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 min (depending on thickness of chops)....then just before they are ready to come out of the oven get your worcestshire sauce and sprinkle it over all the chops (depending on how well you like worcestshire sauce use it accordingly)....bake about 5 or 10 more minutes and serve....they go great with corn on the cob and twice baked mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. Enjoy!

RE:
What are some ways to cook pork chops?
Usually I just cook them either on the George Foreman, or in a pan, seasoned w/ Lowry's or Italian Dressing.... this is getting old fast....
What are some other ways that I can try???

GRILLED APRICOT STUFFED PORK CHOPS
4 pork center loin chops, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice or long grain rice
1/4 cup of snipped dried apricots
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of reduced calorie apricot spread
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup of reduced calorie apricot spread
Trim the fat from the chops. Make a pocket in each chop by cutting horizontally from the fat side almost to the bone. For stuffing, in a medium mixing bowl stir together the rice, apricots, onion, the 1 tablespoon of apricot spread, thyme, and pepper. Spoon stuffing into each pocket. If necessary, secure the opening with wooden toothpicks. In a covered grill arrange medium hot coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above the pan. Place chops on grill rack over drip pan. Cover and grill for 30 to 40 minutes or till chops are slightly pink in center and juices run clear, turning once. OR place the chops on a greased unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 22 to 27 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan heat the 1/4 cup of apricot spread until melted. Brush over the chops the last 5 minutes of cooking. Makes 4 servings

Try one of the marinades available in the grocery stores. They really add flavor. Or, you can experiment with your own. Balsamic vinegar has great flavor...especially mixed with garlic and olive oil and your favorite herbs. After they soak about an hour, try grilling them on your Foreman. You can also chunk up your pork chops by cutting them up, marinating them, then quick cooking them and adding veggies making a stir fry one dish meal. Good Luck.

Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in skillet with olive oil until crispy brown on both sides.
Transfer to glass baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes. Remove from over and pour mixture of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/3 cup white wine over chops. Cover with foil and bake an additional hour.
They come out fork tender and crisp and are delicious.

This is one of my all-time favorite ways to make pork chops. It's the way my dad used to serve them. The ingredients may sound weird, but they're really, really good.
Get non-sweetened Wheat Germ (it's a cereal sold in a jar, look for it in the cereal section), milk, canola oil, Lawry's salt, pepper and pork chops. Put milk on one place and wheat germ mixed with Lawry's and pepper on another. Dip pork chop in milk. Dredge milk-covered chop in wheat germ mixture. Heat canola oil in a skillet. Cook chops in skillet over medium to medium-low heat -- you don't want the pork to burn, but I like mine cooked through. When chops are cooked through, drain on paper towels. Serve.
