Links for all of these are below. You can try Hudson Highlands Cruises – they can do chartered cruises, and they go out of West Haverstraw, West Point, and Peerskill. There’s also a ship called “Pride of the Hudson” but I'm not sure where they set out from. Another ship is the “Rip van Winkle,” but it may be a little big. You can check it out anyways. The last link has info on a few different cruises on the Hudson, so if you decide to broaden the area you’re looking into, it might help.
