That certainly sounds like a bacterial infection. Go see your doctor about it.

My daughter was infected with strep several times. I thought the bumps in the back of her throat were a symptom, however, the doctor said no, and the test proved negative while she had the bumps. I would definately get checked by a doctor, the yellow secretions may be another type of infection if not caused by strep.

My son's doctor told me once that he didnt have to do a strep test. He could look in the back of the throat and if he saw blood streaks, it was strep. Sure enough, everytime my son had strep or anyone in my family had strep the blood streaks were visible.

Yeah you probably got strep . go to the doctor to get some antibiotics.

most likely. I'd gargle w/peroxide in the brown bottle don't swallow. you can mix it with water or take it straight. It's kinda gross but it works faster then gargling w/warm salt water
