Sweetie I fully understand your predicatment. See my mother has bipolar depression and my brother and her dont get along since he does not deal with it well (neither does she really) When they fight it spills over into the rest of the house and I cant leave because I am helping with the bills and I dont have money anyway. I am not sure what to tell you to do since I dont even know what to do in my situation but just know that there are people out there who share your pain.

Your mum is not with you is not good sign, you should try to introspect and find where you go wrong. Best way to be happy is to think of yourself and forget the world. Don't expect anything from anybody even your mum, then only you can be out of the problem. Keep yourself cheerful in occasions whom others call sadful. They will curse you but don't pay any attention to anybody.
You should avoid all sorts of reactions, you should do the only action to keep yourself fully cheerful eventhough all abuse you.

Sounds like its time for YOU to move out. Can you function independently? If not, is a group home a possibility? WIth your physical/mental difficulties you should qualify for SSI or SSDI (disability). Time to pursue some changes for yourself and not wait for other people to change.

Are you in ongoing counseling? If so, I would think the counselor would help you in this regard. If not in counseling, consider it.

Best of luck to you.
