The most important thing is to practice. It is good to move across the stage, use gestures, etc. Change your speaking pace, tone, etc. It is a technique of public speaking, it makes it easier for people to pay attention to what you are saying.

When speaking, don't read off something. Use note card and outline what you are going to say. Make eye contact. Don't stare at the back of a room and just stare there. Nor look at your notes the entire time. Speak loudly, and if you want peeps attention, speak softly but not too soft that no one can hear.

My Prophet taught me that anyone who speaks [eloquent] and knows how to carry people away is a witch.
How much word do you need to garner to be a communicator. Rather be a one that will get accross to people and not a witch or politicians who are busy selling their abode in paradise.
Anyway, who is omotola?

Speak softly and clearly but still project. That might seem a contradiction but shouting and projecting are not the same thing.

Join a local Toastmaster's group. They are a speaking club that teaches you to speak on your feet. The time invested in this club is well worth it.

Speak backwards whilst hoping on one leg and wearing a lampshad on your head, that will get your audiences attention.

Simple. Stand up straight, breath deeply, and consider everybody that you speak to be no better or worst than you.

do you mean motivational speaker.
who do you want to wow?
step up your confidence - go preach your faith in a bus station like five times. go back home and assess your performance.
but truly to motivate you must believe in something and have passion for something - then, and only then will you wow any listener.

Maybe elocution lessons might help.
If its nerves & remembering things you need help with then maybe some cue-cards could help.
