Actually to avoid gaining weight it is best to eat no later than 6 p.m. and it is better to workout prior to eating as your metabolism is already increased by working out, your dinner will be consumed by your body faster.

It is good to exercise at any time - but it does jum start your metabolism after eating to burn fat. I think around 6 is a good time since you should stay full until dinner - deny yourself late night snacks.

We eat at 4pm. After that we go walking for about 1/2 hour. Eating really late is so not good.
