everytime i see this guy..i will feel abit awkward..for fear of doing something embarassing..as much as i resent his presence..i will always like to see him around. and yet i dont dare to approach him or converse with him. what kind of feeling is that?

You sound like around this guy you are very insecure. You don't feel exactly equal to him for a relationship of any kind.
You are demonstrating signs of insecurity. And here is no reason to feel that way. Even if he makes you feel a little unbalanced, because you get a rush near him you should never feel insecure around him or any guy.
Take a deep breath. Look at yourself in the mirror, and talk to yourself that you are good-enough to talk to any guy, and it is HIM that should be a bit off-balance around YOU, 'cause you are "woman". tee hee

If had that feeling lots of times and that only means that you really like the guy. Just pull all your guts together and go up to him and talk to him because if you don't do anything you will never know what could've happend.

you have a crush on him, its that simple. and as much as i respect your highly educated vocabulary, for the sake of the people on this site, why not try using smaller words. like instead of "converse" just put "talk". it would simplify things a lot.
