Oh dear. NO FAST FOOD DOES NOT MAKE YOU SKINNY. It is loaded with grease, and who knows what else, and will not only make you fat, but give you hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, heart attacks...etc. You can't forget obesity (fatness) "Obesity has increased 54 percent in the last 20 years resulting in 25 to 30 percent of teens being obese -- and the number is accelerating," Why? Everyone is in a hurry, and therefore decides to consume deathly chow. Fast food is the ticket to an early grave. And it will neeeever make you skinny. If you are too busy to get healthy food, or can't manage to make yourself a sandwich, try ordering healthier options. Try getting a salad, or the chicken sandwich...etc. Instead of always getting a double double with fries. Get the picture?

Well, fast food like McDonalds tends to not be good for you if you eat it all the time. If you go out a lot with your friends try some healthier fast food like Subway or Panera Bread. There was a documentry that a guy did where he ate only McDonalds and I think he gained a lot of weight. So avoid going to these places all the time, or if you have no choice then try to get smaller sizes (like a small fries instead of medium). :)

No, sweety. Fast foods are very fattening because of the oily products and packaged processing. But I warn you to stay away from McDonalds especially. There's so much fat in their food, even in the salads! A perfectly healthy man ate nothing but McDonalds for one month and not only gained 55 lbs., but he had kidney and pancreas failure and it took him 3 months to lose 10 lbs. of all the wight he'd gained in one month! If you don't believe me, rent a movie called Supersize Me. It's a documentary, very informative about fast foods. But if your friends insist on going out to eat every day, go to SouperSalads or Sushi restaurants. At least stay away from anything with a drive thru except Boston Market LOL

Fast food makes you fat! It has a ton of calories and fat in it. I would definitely not recommend eating fast food everyday. I'm sure you can have your parents stuff the fridge with something healthier so you don't have to eat out all the time.

First of all watch your spelling , we are dealing with grandmas here!, YES FAST FOOD WILL MAKE YOU FAT, and sick and dumb! If your parents work , make yourself a nice lettuce, tomato ,tuna olive oil sandwich on rye bread, drink lots of water an WALK a plenty ,and at 16 yrs old you need to working, is good for you. The best to you.

Only if you eat the lettuce and tomato (which means you'd have to throw away the bun and burger or fish or chicken and definitely no ketchup or mustard or mayonnaise on that lettuce and tomato). Everything else on the menu will make you fat.

What? Lol...are you serious? No, of course it doesn't make you skinny! It's fast food, and it's full of unhealthy fatty ingredients that taste good but are soooo bad for you. What would being American have to do with your spelling??
